A seasoned veteran of rapid growth financial systems software and consulting firms, Mike has been in critical revenue creating roles for the past seventeen years, building world-class sales and business development organizations for companies including Cartesis (acquired by Business Objects) and OutlookSoft (acquired by SAP). He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Loyola University Maryland.

With over 25 years’ IT experience, Adrian has been involved in all aspects of billing from the design and coding of rating engines through to the successful deployment of mission critical billing systems in Fortune 500 companies. Prior to Aria, Adrian was a Pre-Sales Consultant at Arkessa a global M2M connectivity provider. He was also Director of Product Management at Sixth Sense Media and Pre-Sales Manger and Product Manger for Intec Telecom Systems (now CSG International).
Chief Marketing Officer
Andres Botero serves as Chief Marketing Officer at Aria Systems. He has over 20 years of enterprise experience in growing enterprise software, big data, and SaaS/Cloud B2B companies. His ability to drive exceptional results spans across functions, geographies, cultures, and time zones. Prior to joining Aria, Botero was the Chief Marketing Officer at Steelwedge and led marketing globally for SAP’s Supply Chain Management (SCM) line of business.
Botero earned his Bachelors of Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes in Colombia and his MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Outside of the office, Andres enjoys classic literature, music and playing squash. Other interests include the opera, personal finance, and soccer.

President & CEO
As president and CEO, Tom Dibble is responsible for managing overall operations and driving company strategy. A proven leader with a unique understanding of the SaaS market, he has more than 20 years of enterprise experience. He joined Aria Systems in 2009 from Oracle Corporation where he served as vice president of worldwide channels and alliances, as a result of Oracle's acquisition of BEA Systems in May of 2008. Prior to Oracle, Dibble was vice president of worldwide channels and alliances at BEA Systems. In this position, he led the global team responsible for BEA Systems' business development and indirect revenue. Before joining BEA Systems, he managed business development at several high-growth, venture-backed companies. Dibble began his career working for Goldman Sachs and Company. He holds a degree in economics with honors from Syracuse University.
