David graduated magna cum laude from University of Vermont with a bachelors in business administration. David was an auditor at Ernst & Young along with at Baker Newman Noyes. After being an auditor, David moved to Dyn as Controller and was responsible for evaluation and implementation of business systems including ERP, SaaS billing solutions, T&E, Stock Based Compensation, and document management systems.

Tom Zauli has more than 17 years of experience in sales and sales leadership with start-up software companies, including SES, HyPerformix, Parasoft, rPath, and iTKO. Prior to his career in software sales, Mr. Zauli worked as an Electrical Engineer for GE Aerospace, Martin Marietta, and Lockheed Martin.
Mr. Zauli obtained a Master's of Engineering and Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is named on two US Patents and is a graduate of General Electrics advanced courses in engineering and business management training programs.
